After 22 years of enriched experience as General Counsel in the banking sector and family owned private companies, Beatriz Beltranena as founder has decided to create a new office for delivering legal, advisory and consulting services to her clients. ADVISORY
Provide advisory to family offices and investment firms that have a portfolio of investments in ES and other regions including the United States. Assisting and recommending the correct structure, legal vehicles and procedures for successful creation and management of portfolios of investments. These includes creating legal vehicles locally and off shore, tax advisory and compliance with local and foreign regulation.
CONSULTING
Provide legal consulting of different aspects of existing issues of the family offices and investment offices with a view of cross border risk and with high standards of negotiation skills. These includes counseling in complex documentation, as well as representation of clients in complex negotiations related to commercial and investments.
LEGAL
Provide legal services to support our advisory and consulting rolls without taking into consideration the traditional legal that commercially are considered traditional such as. Powers of Attorney and legal representation documentation, notarial authentications, notarial certifications, registration and recordation investigations, trademark, formation of a Salvadorian Corporation or entity and Notarial Public Deeds.
